UNPACKING:- Unpacking the apparatus carefully.

ELECTRIC SUPPLY:- To be connected only with a socket of 230volts A.C.50Hz supply.

OPERATION:- Switch ON main switch red pilot lamp lights up and indicates readiness for operation. Set the temperature selector to the temperature desired. The second polot lamp indicates the alternate swithing ON of the temperature regulator. When operating the apparatus for the first time it has to be watched carefully and must not work without supervision.

CONSTRUCTION:- Ambassador (R) Incubator in double walled constuction with inner chamber made of aluminum or stainless steel sheet of 304 grade. Outer body in made of mild steel sheet, finished with attractive good stoving enamel. The gap of 75mm between two walls in filled wth pure glasss wool to minimise loss of temperatue. Inne chamber in fabricated with various ribs to adjust shelves to any conenient height. Supplied with removable shelves of wire mesh Nickle plated. Door has double glass viewing fitted with hinges with a good door clsing device. Adjustable air ventilators are placed at the top or on the sides.

HEATING ELEMENTS:- Heating elements are made of high grade kanthal resistance wire, which are put inside the porcelain beads and placed at the bottom and both side ribs for uniform tempperature all over the working space.
CONTROL PANEL:- The apparatus in provided with a panel which is just below the door having a thermostat control knob, rocker switch with indicator & thermostat indicator.
TEMPERATURE CONTROL:-Temperature is controlled by fine quality capillary type thermostat torm 5*C above amnbient to 70*C with a sensitivity of 5 C in bare Inubator. Temperatue control knob is calibarated in centigrated. Supplied with L shaped prismatic glass thermometer fitted on the top of the Incubator for reading the chambers temperature.
